Key Accountability Areas 3PL Management * Acquire new 3PL companies to serve business needs. * Monitor 3PL KPIs and performance. * Operationally support 3PL companies with their issues and obstacles. * In charge of the 3PL's invoices and payments release. * Drive the area to guarantee efficient operations and excellence in services having the best balance between supply and demand. * Analyze future needs to proactively activate requirements on time. * Optimize the SLA process of the 3PL companies’ requirements. * Develop and maintain good working relationships with external suppliers in order to support the smooth provision of logistics services across the fleet.
