Role Objectives The District Manager is responsible for planning and effectively allocating resources to handle the district's performance in terms of order fulfillment and delivery. They play a crucial role in maximizing operational performance and efficiency in the main pillars of Breadfast Operations: Quality, Delivery, People, and Cost. Roles & Responsibilities: * Optimize the resolution of bottlenecks that impede team members’ performance to enhance overall organizational effectiveness and efficiency. * Analyze data around sales, and performance KPIs to make informed decisions on how to boost district revenues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
