Demand & IBP Lead As a Demand & IBP Lead, you will lead and drive a robust demand planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process that ensures accurate forecasting, optimal inventory levels, and cross-functional alignment. The role aims to enhance business performance by integrating market intelligence, analytics, and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth. As a Demand & IBP Lead, you will be doing the following activities * Lead the monthly IBP cycle
