Distribution Specialist

Role Description The Distribution Specialist role is a part-time remote position responsible for coordinating the flow of products and materials related to the club’s commercial and operational activities. Day-to-day tasks include managing order processing, organizing shipments, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery to internal teams, partners, and customers. The role also involves updating distribution records, monitoring stock availability, and liaising with vendors and service providers to resolve logistical issues. The Distribution Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to support promotional campaigns, address inquiries, and maintain a high standard of service. This position requires consistent communication with stakeholders, accurate documentation, and adherence to established procedures and timelines.
