Role Overview: Fleet Management Senior Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's fleet and transport partners to ensure sufficient capacity, cost efficiency, and operational reliability. The role focuses on fleet acquisition, onboarding, retention, pricing, capacity planning, supplier coordination, and payment follow-ups, while working closely with sourcing and dispatch teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
