Role Description The Director will lead strategic initiatives to expand Magic EdTech’s digital learning solutions and drive business growth. This full-time, on-site role in Noida includes overseeing cross-functional teams, aligning technology and content strategies with client needs, and ensuring high-quality delivery across platforms and services. The Director will manage key customer relationships, identify new market opportunities, and collaborate with product, engineering, and curriculum teams to design scalable, accessible, and compliant learning solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting performance goals, monitoring project execution, optimizing processes, mentoring leaders, and contributing to long-term roadmaps for offerings such as MagicBox and other enterprise solutions.
