Logistics Coordinator

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: * Coordinate inbound shipments and track ETAs, ETDs, vessel schedules, and transshipments. * Communicate with freight forwarders, transporters, warehouses, and cold stores. Prepare and follow up on shipping and customs documentation. * Support customs clearance and delivery scheduling. * Monitor logistics costs and report any shipment delays or operational issues. * Maintain accurate shipment records and reports. * Coordinate with cold stores to ensure timely unloading, stock accuracy, and temperature integrity. * Identify potential logistics risks related to transportation or storage and escalate them when required.
