1. Import Clearance Operations * Review all shipment documentation before submission to freight forwarders. * Follow up daily with freight forwarders regarding shipment status and customs clearance progress. * Coordinate health release procedures and required approvals. * Prepare and process payment requests for customs duties and related charges. * Receive and record imported ingredients through the GPAO system. * Ensure all import activities comply with local customs regulations and company procedures. 2-Export Shipping Operations * Coordinate with marine transport companies to reserve export containers.
