Logistics Specialist

Role Description The Logistics Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of materials and documentation related to regulatory and pharmaceutical activities. Day-to-day tasks include organizing shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring that export processes comply with relevant regulations and client requirements. The role involves maintaining supply chain records, communicating with internal teams and external partners, and resolving logistical issues promptly. The Logistics Specialist will monitor inventory levels, support scheduling and delivery timelines, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reliability. This position requires consistent collaboration through digital tools and clear documentation to support Sky Reg’s regulatory and analytical operations.
