What the job involves * Lead and manage portfolio management activities for ports and logistics * Own portfolio performance oversight – monitoring, reporting, and driving improvement across platform companies' operational and financial performance * Act as a trusted, senior point of contact for platform company C-suite leadership, building strong working relationships to support strategic and operational priorities * Support the deal execution and M&A teams on due diligence, structuring, and closing of transactions and co-investments as needed
