Procurement Transformation Lead

Job Overview A hands-on transformation role supporting the CPO to accelerate the design and implementation of priority Procurement transformation initiatives. The role owns selected transformation workstreams from concept through detailed process design, business requirements, stakeholder alignment, implementation and stabilization. It provides dedicated transformation capacity beyond the Procurement Managers’ day-to-day operational responsibilities and is not a Procurement operations, category management or PMO coordination role. Key Accountabilities * Support the CPO in shaping and accelerating priority Procurement transformation initiatives, converting strategic objectives into practical and executable workstreams.
