Regional Logistics Manager – Middle East

About The Job The Logistics Manager runs the flow of goods between Origins, the Dubai distribution Centre and 24 stores in six countries, from inbound to store delivery, through customs and regulatory compliance. This role manages four Logistics Executives, owns the carrier and broker relationships, and is accountable for service, cost and compliance on every lane. The role turns a team of strong individual owners into one operation: shared priorities, one escalation path, one set of KPIs read by supply chain, retail, merchandising and finance. Job responsibilities Team leadership * Lead, develop and evaluate the four Logistics Executives; set objectives, run the weekly logistics review, hold the mid-year and annual reviews.
