Shipping Coordinator ( Analyst I ) • Logistics

Key Responsibilities Shipment Coordination & Tracking * Plan, schedule, and monitor all inbound shipments (air, ocean & courier) to ensure timely arrival. * Coordinate with suppliers to confirm pickup dates, shipping documents, and compliance with routing guides. * Track shipments in transit, proactively identifying delays and implementing recovery plans. * Manage import/export documentation (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin). Supplier & Carrier Management * Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding logistics execution. * Evaluate carrier performance (on-time pickup/delivery, damage rates, invoicing accuracy) and provide feedback.
