Our client, a multinational automotive company is looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Assistant to be based in JAFZA, Dubai. Role & Responsibilities 1. Experience in handling Import / Export Documentation (trading environment would be an added advantage). 2. Preparing Bank documents and Export Documents based on Letter of Credit (LC) requirement. 3. Processing and handling Sales Order, Purchase Order, Shipment Advise and Invoicing for International customers. 4. Preparing Purchase and Sales Summary, weekly reports on pending suppliers/customer orders. 5. Follow up with suppliers for shipping documents.
