Tendering and Costing Manager

Job Purpose To lead the company's tendering, estimation, costing and commercial proposal functions for renewable energy projects. The role is responsible for developing competitive and profitable bids, overseeing cost estimation, managing tender strategy, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring all submissions meet technical, commercial and contractual requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in business growth, project profitability and commercial risk management across solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and other renewable energy solutions.
