Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for managing all warehouse operations at Worood Designs, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient processes, and strong team management. Key Responsibilities: – Manage receiving, storage, transfers, issuing, and warehouse activities. – Ensure proper warehouse organization and product storage. – Maintain accurate inventory balances. – Lead cycle counts and monthly inventory checks. – Investigate stock differences and implement corrective actions. – Manage warehouse employees, assign tasks, and monitor productivity. – Train team members and improve operational discipline. – Coordinate with Production, Quality, Order Preparation, and Finance.
