Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role The Warehouse Supervisor manages daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, preservation, identification, and issuance of materials for company projects, while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely dispatch of materials to project sites. Responsibilities * Receive materials delivered by suppliers and transporters against approved Purchase Orders (POs), delivery notes, and other relevant documents. * Verify delivered quantities, item descriptions, part numbers, specifications, and physical condition against the available documents. * Identify shortages, excess quantities, damaged materials, and incorrect deliveries, and report discrepancies promptly to Procurement.
